Verify permit and development payment requests before you pay
The City of Tempe Building Safety and Planning Divisions only accept payments for permits through this portal. Acceptable forms of payments include E-check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
The City of Tempe will not request payments by wire transfer for permit, planning or development fees.
